developersDen was founded in 2002 by Patrick Speer and Daniela Trapani
in an effort to put into practice the many lessons learned during
their extensive and diverse careers. At the core of our philosophy
concerning customer service in the IT industry are the values of
Integrity, Quality, and Trust. We are a women-owned small business
(WOSB) and proud members of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce,
the Denver Better Business Bureau, the National Association of Government
Contractors (NAGC) and the National Contract Managers Association
(NCMA). Our organization can provide software and hardware analysis,
design and implementation services, customized to meet your specific
needs. The combination of our training/mentoring and our full-featured
consulting services allows us to offer our clients an end-to-end
solution to their application development and network infrastructure
needs. Our central focus is on Microsoft tools and technologies;
however, we have the capability to provide solutions utilizing a
variety of vendor tools and application frameworks.

Daniela Trapani - CEO
Daniela has been
in the Computer Industry since 1995. She received her B.S.
degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Daniela was employed by Caspian Software for over seven
years in the position of Technical Instructor specializing
in application development training. Her extensive technical
experience includes: Enterprise and Web application development,
database design and implementation, industrial process tracking,
web design, and training.

Patrick Speer
- President/CTO
Patrick
(Pat) has been working in the Computer Industry since 1975.
He received his B.S. degree in Physics from The Ohio State
University with a focus on computational physics. In the
past he has worked, installing and servicing computer and
automation systems for the tobacco, textile, and chemical
manufacturing industries, with companies such as Digital
Equipment Corporation and CRISP Automation. He has worked
as a Network Manager in the financial marketplace with Crown/NorthCorp
and as a Software Architect in the retail industry with
Big Lots Stores. Pat held the position of Lead eBusiness
Software Architect and Senior Technical Instructor with
Caspian Software for over four years. His extensive software
and hardware experience includes: hardware systems service
and training, industrial control and automation, network
and systems management, project management, and software
systems analysis, design, implementation, and training.

Steve Trapani
- Director of IT Services
Steve has been a part
of the IT industry since 1995. He received his B.S. Degree
in Environmental Science from Lees McRae College. He was
employed by Nationwide Financial in the position of Senior
Technical Support analyst, Level 2. At Nationwide, Steve
was responsible for supporting, installing and configuring
company specific software via phone, email, and remote software
installation packages. His extensive software and hardware
experience includes: connectivity support involving thousands
of pension plan administrators for Nationwide Financial
via PC anywhere, beta testing, and signed transmittals for
launch approval. Steve co-founded Custom Crafted IT Solutions
(C2 IT), a supplier of custom-built PC workstation and server
systems to customers throughout the central Ohio region.
